Vietnam has 3,260km of coastline, and you can hire snorkeling and diving gear at most beach resorts.

Vietnam has beautiful beaches running from Nha Trang in the center of the country to Vung Tau in the south. Phan Thiet lies in the middle of this beautiful coastline.

There is great golf, hiking, horse riding and cycling in the beautiful countryside around Dalat & Phan Thiet. There is also great diving in Phan Thiet and diving courses are on offer. Vietnam is a favorite place with long-distance cyclists because much of the country is flat and the shortage of vehicles makes for light traffic. Groups of Western cyclists have begun touring, especially around the Mekong Delta.
